The Domaine de l'Ardagnole is located near the small hamlet of Fajac-en-Val, in the Aude. The domaine land extends to 72 hectares, or about 180 acres, made up of pasture, deciduous and pine woodland, and "garrigue". There is an abundance of wild thyme, lavender, and juniper. There are also two small lakes, a vegetable garden producing fresh produce in season, and usually some chickens to provide eggs.

The principal house is stone built, and has four double bedrooms, all en suite, together with a very large living room. There is a large (12x6 metres) swimming pool, and a hard tennis court. The access road to the house is a mile long, thus providing total privacy.

The caretakers' cottage is also on the estate, so there is always someone around in case of need. The estate is available for letting on a weekly basis, normally on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
